Do you charge for shipping?

No. Shipping is free on all orders across India — the amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay.

Once your order is shipped you'll receive a tracking link, and you can also see the live status of every order under 'My Orders' in your account.

We currently ship across India. Delivery time depends on your PIN code and the courier network serving your area.

Yes. Online payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. FYTIX never sees or stores your card or UPI details.

What is your return and exchange policy?

You can raise a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unwashed and has its original tags attached. Open 'My Orders', select the delivered order and choose 'Return / Exchange'.

When will I get my refund?

Once your returned item reaches us and passes a quality check, the refund is processed to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders we'll collect your bank details to process the refund.
