After eight years of a successful investment career with the Aditya Birla Group, a thyroid diagnosis led me to turn to fitness—not for aesthetics, but for health, balance, and self-care. Working out became my way of reclaiming control—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
As I stepped into this fitness journey, I faced a challenge I never anticipated: finding activewear that truly felt right.
